Gerente por nueve años de Flores del Hato empresa dedicada a la producción y exportación de flores. Estructuró y lideró la unidad de educación ejecutiva y el centro de negociación de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda y fue decano de la Escuela de Internacional de Administración y Marketing y de Prime Business School.

Juan Jose Piedrahita 

Economista de la Universidad de Louisiana, estudios de pre ingeniería en la universidad del suroeste de Louisiana y participante en el programa Mobilizing People, de Liderazgo, en el IMD Institude en Lausane, Suiza.

Lideró como CEO de la Organización Equitel durante 25 años; un holding de 6 empresas dedicadas a proveer soluciones de alto valor en diferentes segmentos de las industrias como manufactura, construcción, minería, oil&gas, salud, infraestructura, entre otros; todas creadas alrededor de la cultura VIDA. Es miembro de varias juntas directivas incluyendo TDM Transportes, Davinci, Industrias UMO y Viveagro; mentor de Endeavor desde el año 2011 y asesor de empresas en Colombia y Latinoamérica en temas relacionados con cultura organizacional.
